 CREATING SUSTAINABLE

SBA 7a LENDING PROGRAMS

 FOR BANKS IN CENTRAL PA

OUR SBA 7A LENDING PROGRAMS HAVE

LONG-TERM SUCCESS

ONE OF OUR FAVORITE PROJECTS SO FAR

We helped a Bank navigate the SBA PPP program. We especially enjoyed this process because we knew every ounce of energy we put into the program was going to help a small business stay on its feet during COVID-19.

THE BIGGEST ISSUE BANKS FACE

Simply put, not having staff that understands SBA 7a lending. Hiring a 7a staff is expensive, and you need to do a significant amount of 7a loans to make the investment make sense. We ensure your current staff and different departments fully understand the entire process so that your investment in us makes sense.

Whether you're looking to build a SBA 7a Lending Program or inject a languishing program with life, we are here to help. We thoroughly walk our banks through the process of starting up and implementing the program. We make sure the processes are set-up for long-term success and sustainability - you don't want surprise issues after you've booked fifty 7a loans.

We train the bank lenders (salespeople), their credit departments (decision-makers), and the closing departments (loan documentation) to make sure the deal flows smoothly from the first conversation with the borrower all the way to the closing table.

We do all of this while ensuring both profitability in the program and maintaining proper credit quality in the portfolio. This is a balancing act, which all banks must operate toward in their entire portfolio.

We create processes that are built to last and build internal competencies (with backups) for the most important aspects of SBA 7a Lending. The system we build for each bank system makes us obsolete and unnecessary to the process. This is our entire goal: to be completely not-needed at the end of implementation.

  MATTHEW C. SCHULTHEIS

ORRSTOWN BANK

"I, along with many of my colleagues, worked closely with Eric on navigating the intricacies of the Small Business Administration (SBA) Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) process. Eric integrated well into our culture, and helped support the Orrstown team as we successfully executed more than 3,200 PPP loans. Ultimately, Eric’s knowledge of the SBA systems and policies, combined with his contacts within the agency, made him a valuable partner who helped us achieve strong results for our client and communities."
