COOLEST LIFE EVENT (ACCORDING TO ERIC)

When I asked my wife to marry me, I took her on a treasure hunt around the city of Philadelphia (she was just completing her Master's degree at Hahnemann University at the time). I wrote a series of limericks as clues, and I left those clues with people at places we have visited around the city - Starbucks, Color me Mine, Ben Franklin Science Museum. I was waiting at the end to propose at the fountain in front of the museum of art. That day, my wedding day, and the birth of my two children are the best days of my life.
Eric has a diverse set of skills including credit and financial analysis, government lending (SBA 7a, SBA 504, USDA B&I, and PA State economic development loans), insurance, and risk management. He's worked on hundreds of commercial loans throughout his career, and during his 14 years in banking, he's helped his clients purchase a business, expand, buy commercial property (for business or rental), add a line of credit for working capital, and purchase equipment. Because of his deep roots in Central PA and his tenure in the banking industry, he knows the financing partners to call for almost any loan situation.
More than his breadth of experience and knowledge, Eric is a teacher and a coach in his heart. He cares about my clients, the quality of his work, and getting optimal results. He will take the time needed to walk his clients - both business owners and banks - through the lending process so they fully comprehend what is happening and why.

Eric is a proud graduate of Penn State University, where he played baseball as a pitcher and broke a record his red-shirt freshman year. He received his MBA from Saint Mary’s College of California.

When he's not helping businesses and banks with lending, Eric enjoys spending time with his family, brewing beer, wood working, and idly observing the birds and deer in his backyard over a cup of coffee.

FUN FACT One time, a client asked Eric to show up to a closing in a tux. So he did. See The Picture >
